The College of Excellence at the University of Baghdad welcomed Professor Dr. Nadhir Al-Hindawi, Assistant Scientific Director of the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Holy Imam Hussein Shrine, to discuss ways of strengthening academic cooperation.

During the visit, both sides explored opportunities for academic collaboration and expanding research partnerships to foster the integration of scientific expertise between the Center’s specialized research units and the College’s academic departments. They also discussed mechanisms for the participation of faculty members and researchers in the International Scientific Conference on the Arbaeen Pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).

The Deanship of the College of Excellence emphasized that this collaboration reflects the College’s commitment to building strong partnerships with distinguished research institutions and leveraging academic outcomes to provide practical solutions that serve society and support Iraq’s sustainable knowledge-based development.
